Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment... please allow up to 2 working days or busy periods. An email notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are shipped via Aus Post and worked out by the weight of your order, this will be calculated for you at checkout, please see chart below.

Please note Express post is only available for orders upto 3kg and is not available on some bulky products. Some rural areas may not qualify for next day delivery.
We use Australia Posts eParcel service and can deliver to your home address, work or Po Box.
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Aus Post with tracking details. All deliveries within Australia will require a signature; you may need to collect your order from your local post office if you are out when Aus Post attempt to deliver. If you would like us to leave your parcel, please add a note to your order or use the link on your email from Aus Post to request Authority to leave. Please note all deliveries made to a business address will require a signature.

Express Post delivery times
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Aus Post use the fastest possible transport links.

Please ensure the details you provide are correct, we incur a charge of $10.00 for un-deliverable items returned to us via AusPost, unfortunatley this cost will have to be passed on to our customers.

All products are checked before dispatch and packed appropriately any goods lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of Aus post.
Please contact us by email or phone before returning any products.
Faulty goods or items significantly different to their picture or description will be exchanged or a credit will be raised for the cost of goods and postage back.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days. All returned goods must have the purchase receipt, all original tags and packaging intact, be unused and unwashed and in a condition fit for resale. No refund will be given for the postage of sending the item back to us.
We do not charge any restocking fee’s etc.
